Matt Stewart (he/him) is a Community Cultivator, International TEDx Speaker, ‘Den Mother’ and Executive Coach to entrepreneurs. His "YES, AND..." approach has been fostered over the past 25+ years from coaching, collaborating and advising Senior Leaders across North America in various industries, including Healthcare, Global Asset Management, Non-Profit, the Olympics, Paralympics, Pan Am Games and Film Production. After a leukemia diagnosis, Matt left his coaching practice in Canada’s Financial district and moved to the mountains of the Okanagan Valley in BC to Build Community. He advocates for curating a sense of belonging in all workplaces while embracing the mantra that addressing unconscious bias takes conscious effort.
